110 East Washington was converted from a vacant office building to 28 condominiums in 2001-2002, becoming the tallest owner-occupied residential building in Indianapolis.

During renovations, the concave eastern facade was "filled in" to include balconies for every condominium unit.

Once the garage was built next door it eliminated the view  from the primary windows in the units on the first 3-4 floors of the building
